WHY THIS CHECK MATTERS

Use the calculation to challenge the CFD setup.

A statement such as “the result changed only 2%” is useful but incomplete. GCI gives the mesh study a repeatable verification framework and makes the assumed refinement behavior explicit.

Define the reference scale. Use values that represent the actual engineering problem.
