ABECATOR AI CFD ASSISTANT · PUBLIC BETA

Start with the CFD problem—not the AI interface.

Describe what is going wrong, what you are trying to model, or what engineering decision the simulation must support. Abecator AI Assistance can organize the case, analyse supported diagnostic evidence, identify missing checks and give you a practical next step.

Use non-confidential information only. For proprietary model work or decisions requiring formal engineering responsibility, continue through Abecator CFD Consulting.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Choose the job closest to your problem.

You do not need to know which AI mode to use. Pick the engineering task and the assistant will open in the appropriate workflow.

AI CFD ASSISTANT

Describe the case. Add evidence when it helps.

The assistant retains structured case context through the conversation, links relevant Abecator knowledge where available and routes numerical tasks toward transparent engineering calculators instead of pretending a language model is a solver.

Abecator Assistant

Tell me what you are modelling, which software you use, and what decision or problem you are facing. If you already have evidence such as a residual plot, monitor CSV, solver log or screenshot, you can attach it below.

Case context retained · Assumptions and missing evidence should be stated
Screenshots, PDFs, logs, CSV and supported text files · up to 3 files
Messages, case context and attached content are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for the request and are not stored by Abecator. Privacy-safe analytics do not record conversation or file contents. Do not upload confidential or proprietary data.0 / 1800
NEW · OPENFOAM SPECIALIST ENVIRONMENT

Use FoamAI for OpenFOAM-specific work.

Build a structured case brief, prepare dictionary review, diagnose solver logs and plan verification while keeping version, evidence and engineering limits visible.

HOW TO GET A BETTER ANSWER

Give the assistant engineering context, not a perfect prompt.

The quality of CFD guidance improves when the engineering objective and evidence are clear. The assistant should help you discover what is missing rather than require you to know everything in advance.

01

Describe the objective or symptom

State what you are modelling, the software, what should be predicted and what seems wrong or uncertain.

02

Add the evidence you already have

Residual trends, monitor histories, boundary values, mesh/y+ information, screenshots or supported diagnostic files can narrow the diagnosis.

03

Work through the next checks

Use the answer as a prioritized engineering checklist. Add new evidence and refine the case instead of changing many solver settings at once.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Useful guidance should separate evidence, assumptions and next checks.

Abecator AI Assistance is designed as an engineering support layer—not as a replacement for solver execution, verification or professional responsibility.

Context-aware conversation

Recent messages and structured case details stay connected so the discussion can become more specific as you provide information.

Grounded technical support

Relevant Abecator knowledge and source links can be returned with the answer, while deterministic calculations are directed to verified engineering tools.

Diagnostic evidence support

Supported screenshots, PDFs, logs, CSV data and text files can be analysed temporarily to distinguish direct observations from interpretation.

Where direct engineering work begins

The assistant does not run STAR-CCM+ or OpenFOAM simulations, inspect a complete native project database, certify a model or replace verification and validation. For proprietary files, hands-on model changes or consequential engineering decisions, use the consulting route.

CONTINUE THE WORK

Move from AI guidance to the right Abecator resource.

Use calculators for deterministic values, training for structured learning, technical cases for deeper reference, or CFD Consulting when the model itself needs direct engineering work.

OPTIONAL ADVANCED FEATURE

Keep a local CFD project record when the conversation becomes substantial.

The workspace is for users who want to turn a longer AI discussion into an editable engineering record and downloadable checklists. It is not required for normal questions.

Open CFD Project WorkspaceCapture the current conversation, organize setup details and create downloadable project documents. Nothing is saved unless you explicitly choose to save it.

The project is stored only in this browser’s local storage. Uploaded files are never saved here; only diagnostic summaries you explicitly capture can be included.

The local workspace is separate from the AI request. Saving a project stores the project record in this browser only.
